Cheesecakes Fit for Royalty

I started baking as a teenager with my mom and quickly took over the family baking. I started decorating cakes at an ice cream shop as my first job. Later as a mom myself, I loved to decorate cakes for my kids and nieces. However, at a young age my son decided he didn't like cake, only cheesecakes, and my journey began. For the past 30 years my love of baking delicious cheesecakes has grown and with encouragement from my family, I've decided to share with the community. When possible, shopping for local ingredients, and eco-friendly supplies is important to me, so you can feel good about your purchase.
